All returned products must be in original condition, unwashed, unused, and intact with original packaging and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm compliance with return standards, we will initiate the official refund procedure. The full refund will be credited to the original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. All return-related formal fees are borne by our side, and customers do not need to bear any extra costs.

Non-Refundable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by personal use, improper cleaning, man-made destruction, or missing original packaging and accessories. Customized products that cannot be resold are also not eligible for return.
